At any rate, I was taking pictures of the back of my head to try to get good shots of my new fork, and although I mostly failed at capturing the fork, I found an awesome henna streak I didn't know I had!

I've only done 2 straight hennas (1 full-head and 1 just roots, most recently)...

I did a hendigo that didn't take well before that, but prior to Sept. 2009 (for at least 4 years before Sept.) I had been using darkest brown Natural Instincts semi-permanent color over my natural mousy/strange/really light brown/red/dark blonde.

The semi-permanent ended up being pretty much permanent since I was going so much darker than my natural color, so it didn't seem like the henna was taking very well on my length (3/4 of my hair is super-saturated with the really dark brown)... but apparently it was! At least in places!
