New to the site

HI, My name is Gloria. I am new to the site. I am having problems growing my hair. My hair is to my chin. I would like it to be down to the middle of my back. approx. 25 in. currently I have 5 in. Is there anything that you would recommend to get my hair growing.

Seriously I know that did not help, I keep my hair up so that the wind cant tangle it, I also oil it with a few kinds of oils and I only wash maybe 2-3 times a week. What do you do to your hair at this time? What is your routine?
