Has anyone ever heard of this kind of silica?

I'm a raw foodist and I use this website quite a bit- this is a new product that just came out... it's colloidal silica that is supposed to be very bioavailable.

Anyone tried it?

I tried a silica supplement when I was 16 or so and my nails grew and my leg hair grew super fast but i didn't notice anything on my head :(

for 60 bucks... it better work!

Hi! I have never taken a silica supplement. What I like to do for silica is juice cucumbers! Cucumbers are extremely high in silica and are a natural source. If you don't have a juicer you can always just add them to a salad. I like to juice them because the juice also helps as a cleanser. I hope this helps :)
