I have noticed some people take this in combination form with MSM. What are the benefits for hair growth?

It helps collagen in some way I believe. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. :)

I take it and msm for my joints more than for my hair.

I take Flexamin that has those plus chondritian for joint stiffness and pain. The hair growth is just a plus. I'd take it even if my hair didn't grow better.

I was wondering the same thing after seeing it for $6 a bottle in my dollar store this morning...I didnt get it, but i plan to...(helping my joints would be nice too, my knees are so bad in this darn cold weather)
I have been taking MSM for almost a full month, Id like to first see how that does (for both hair & joints) by it self then add in the glucosamine....

I take it for joint issues, and come to think of it, I did notice that my hair (through the form of my my fringe) grew faster once I started taking it. I never put two and two together though.
I learn something new everyday!

MSM and glucosamine are an effective duo for joint problems. MSM said to affect hair growth, but I don't remember reading anything on glucosamine. I think it's just rather popular to see both in the same supplement, so that's the reason. I don't think anyone who takes glucosamine, take it alone, because of hair growth benefits.

I take it for inflammation, hair and joint health. When I first started MSM, I noticed a wonderful warmth flooding through my joints. Not so much any more, though. :)
