Can I call this APL? What would you classify my hair as? 2c or 3a or 2b even? It's really bizarre how some strands are STRAIGHT! and others are spirally!

APL yes. Picture too dark to type.

I think I'll have to go with APL and 2C. My hair is similar, except I have more straight areas than you.

I think 3a is right, from what I can see. It looks pretty curly.

2C/3A pretty much from what I can see.
And definitely APL. :)

Is it normal for curly hair to have random straight pieces in there?

I'd would agree with 2c/3a as you've typed. :)

My hair has a few straight pieces, but is mostly wavy with some spiral curls. I think it's very normal to have a mixture of different textures/types of hairs in one head of hair. Your hair is very pretty.

LadyJennifer - That's what I thought too, but in the winter it gets so dead/flat it looks sort of 2c too

JenniferNoel - Yay!

Dars - It's nice to feel like I had a clue lol!

Thank you so much!

Do you think my ends are "fairy tale" or U-shaped...or U-shaped fairy tale?
