Ive had no growth for the last two months so to pep myself up I thought Id find out my hair type to take my mind off the growth thing.
Ive been here for a little while now and I as my hair is getting longer Im still unsure as to what type Iam.
I would appreciate some help working it out.
Photos below, sorry about the quality.
Thank you in advance.

Your hair looks a lot like my sister's. I'd say you're a 2a like her.

I would personally guess 1c, but it could change depending on what you do to it.

I'd say 1c or 1c/2a, though it might turn into 2a when it gets longer.

I would say 1c/2a, but did you comb your hair for the photo? Because it looks like it may have been and that would change things. Oh, and your hair is very pretty!

Its hard to type hair at this length but id say your a 1b/c which will probably go to a more 2a when longer.

Yes I did comb before the photo. It tends to clump together.

If it clumps together, it's likely you're actually more like a 2 b or 2c. From what I've seen, 2a hair tends to fall together, similar to straight hair, but with waves, and as hair gets curlier, it starts to gather more tightly.

You'll probably have to follow the rules for hairtyping to get a proper type.

Take a picture without combing so we can type you :)

As Glass Eyes pointed out, clumping is a sign of waves, though I disagree it has to be at least a 2b or 2c - if I don't manipulate my hair as it dries it's only a 2a, but it still clumps.

You can see it clumping.

1c-2a...
I think it will be 1c if it grows a bit longer, but rather 2a now :)
