This is not meant, in any way, to make fun of people's height! It's simply a way to see how height relates to hair lengths and goals. Hair on a shorter person will look longer than on a taller person, and vice versa.

I am male, and 6'1" but don't have or care to have long hair. I joined for my fiancee (DF?) and info for her hair. I wish she would join!

She is 6'0" but her legs are long and her torso is average. So her waistline goal is 31" or so, and her knee goal is 55".

Since I am limited to 10 polling options, I'll try to make this as simple as possible, but hopefully not leave anyone out!

I'm only 5'4" ish and BSL is 27" on me. BSL is the weirdest 'landmark' I think, because it's based on a piece of clothing. I think I just wear my bra strap lower than a lot of other people, haha.

It is interesting about the metric system some of our measurements are in metric such as soda, which is sold in liters. I know we have been slowly converting over more to the metric system mostly because of international trade.

I wonder how you would do algebra with the metric system. I would be so confused.

Maybe in addition to certain measurable lengths being "shorter" or "longer" depending on the person, certain heights give one a preference for a certain hair goal? I doubt it, though, just seeing the variety of people on this website :)

Hey, in England the lumber yards only sell two by fours in metric lengths! Fuel is sold in litres but distances are measured in miles. And so on ...
