Mod help needed

Could somebody please check the account of a friend of mine who contacted me through another board for help, please?

She can't look at her and other profiles and she is also not able to pm a mod for help.

She also can't open threads and write posts.

Please look up her account if there is a problem and contact her:)

Not a mod, but I checked her profile, and it looks as if her post count is still low enough to be on the edge of the "25 quality posts." Which would explain some but not all of the issues you describe.

Yes, please have her contact us at the staff account. Her settings look fine, so we'll need to know if she's getting an error message and what it is. :smile:
