This is my fiancee's hair. I'm trying to classify the hair curlyness/straightness.

This is air dried naturally, then brushed. I was thinking 1b or 1c, but I am new to all this hair classification!

Thanks!

I thought that hair typing was supposed to be done with the hair being air-dried and untouched. My hair for example, has little S-waves at the temples, but if I brush/comb my hair when it hasn't quite dried, then all of my wavies disappear.

But I must say that your fiance's hair looks very shiny. I also love the color! As for hair type, I'd guess at 1c.

See, I didn't know it was supposed to be untouched!

If that's true, I'll have to try again when I can snap a pic of it untouched.

It is shiny and I like the color, too! Thanks!

That makes two of us. I'll have to search to find the proper way, unless someone replies to this first on the correct way to do it.
