Doing a grow out challenge with someone....

A supervisor at work is trying to grow her sides out to the same length as her back. Her back is past BSL and she has her sides cut and feathered like a 70s style. She is always telling me to leave my bangs alone and let them grow. Now she says she's going to cut her hair to shoulder length so she can grow it all out the same length. I told her to just put up her sides and trim the back. I made a little challenge with her that I'd let my bangs grow out while she's growing her side out....or I'll cut my bangs to the scalp if she cuts her hair...silly, I know but I want a reallife growout buddy. :eyebrows:

I'm not really going to hack my bangs off but she's going to continue to grow out. She really didn't want to cut but several people kept encouraging her too so I stepped in to lend my support.

I have a kind of challenge with a work collegue too, who can get to waist the quickest!

I am winning as she keeps trimming, saying it makes hair grow quicker....ok!
