I was wondering if anyone here has any hair photos they want to share from when they were little?

I was looking through my parents' photo albums today, and I thought it was interesting to see what my hair looked like back then. And then I had the idea for this thread.

These are the two that I have that really show my hair length from when I was young (18 months, kindergarten). It got to classic on me in 1st grade before it was hacked off.

There's a pretty big difference between the color of my hair indoor vs outdoor.

OK, here are some pix of Paniscus when I was young... :-) Starting around two maybe? and then to kindergarten, second grade and fourth grade. Then of course, when I was around 17, this is the first time I cut my hair short... this was not a perm, but what happens when I braid my hair in tiny braids when wet and then stick my finger in a light plug :-) I was/am so silly.

I believe there was a thread like this about a month or so ago. I think it was entitled Show Me Your Childhood Hair. It is a very fun idea. :D

Haha these are all adorable! Hmmm I don't think I have any good ones scanned into my computer, too bad. I never realized how little kid hair is always pretty nice. I loved my hair when I was little-- it was thick, pretty straight and smooth, and very dark/shiny. As I've grown up, it's gotten thinner, wavier, and lighter. :-(

My mother kept me with bangs and hovering around shoulderlength most of my childhood.

My first day of kindergarten...she permed & bleached my hair when I was 5, I don't know if this was before or after, but I know it looks pretty ratty:

I resisted their demands that I cut my hair long enough that in fourth grade, I was all of BSL and working on growing out those godforsaken bangs:

But my grandmother promptly hacked it all off again... this was the shortest my hair has ever been, but finally I was free of those bangs...and this was also my second-to-last actual haircut:

After that, I had to cut to shoulder after a mishap with some tangles in about 7th grade after I'd moved in with my dad and was no longer under the influence of my mother's scissors...not far, just a few inches...and have been growing it since. I'm 21 now. :)
