I've always wanted my baby fine hair to be fatter, so this stuff (http://www.samysalon.com/)looks right up my alley, although I'm sceptical as it sounds a bit too good to be true! Before I part with my hard-earned cash and give it a whirl, has anyone else here tried it, and if so, how did you find it? Thanks in advance!

I have the shampoo and conditioner. I've used them both together, and I've used the conditioner for Conditioner-only washing. I really like them. I had HUGE hair for a wedding recently using them together. I got good slip from the conditioner too, considering it's conefree.

I also have the styling serum, which I have only used once, and didnt blow dry afterwards. That was a bit 'meh' IMO. I wonder if it would work better if heat-activated, but I'm not sure I fancy doing that.

Oh I got mine at Superdrug, where it was buy 2 bottles for £5 I think. I wouldnt get them online.

Looks interesting. Maybe worth a try, but if it does what it says it does my hair might take over the world.

I'd be interested. I'm always looking for volume.
But I'd like to see the ingredient list and read some reviews first before I buy it.
Most volumizing products I've used have damaged/dried out or coated my hair.

I've tried their "e-sen-cia", and for the moisturizing one, it wasn't moisturizing at all. Very protein heavy, which my hair likes. Very good conditioner for CO washing I found. It cleaned about as well as my shampoo bars actually. If it's anything like the Fat Hair products, I'd expect it to be drying, as most volumizing products can be.

I've only tried one product from the Samy line - the "samysmooth laminating hair polish". It's supposed to be lightweight and keep the frizzies away without weighing your hair down.

It DID keep the frizzzies away and make my hair look shiny but I found it a bit hard to apply evenly through my hair since it comes out of the pump with the appearance and consistancy of Vaseline but it melts into a slippery, sparkley, "wash your hands 3 times but it's still coating them" substance.

I'd love to try the shampoos & conditioners if I ever find them in a store.

Good luck Kris Dove - If you try it, I hope you end up with big, wild hair! :)
