I finally joined after coming on and off for a long time. I look forward to joining in on discussions and getting to know people.

I found LHC when looking for updo ideas, and was amazed at all the tips on hair care. I have started using a lot of them already and have noticed a BIG difference in my hair health the last few months.

It's funny, I don't know why I never thought of looking for the science behind healthy hair before last summer, (I usually research everything to death) but finding it out and using things such as ACV rinses, and minimizing damage from combs, and oils, do make a HUGE difference in how happy my hair is. I love this place!:)
