This may be a "what else is new?" thread to those of you in the know, but I just figured out a way to get the lazy wrap to work for me even though my hair isn't quite long enough yet and I thought I'd share. I've got BSL but I'm a short person, so I'd wager my BSL is the average person's APL.
I did a lazy wrap bun in a generous half-up ... probably used 3/4 of my hair rather than half. After it was secured with a stick I took the bottom remaining hair and twisted it and then wrapped it around the bun, securing it with a second stick. It's held most of the day.
I'm so excited, I was so bored with my few updos, now I can at least have a lazy wrap going on. :cheese:
