Yes thank you!

You are welcome :)

Just out of curiosity, how long have you been using this method and have you found it to be effective? (I hope I am not being too nosey :flower:)

I dont use it at all religiously but I use the trims for thickness one when I feel like trimming maybe twice a year. I guess it works I have thick hair...
It dosne't hurt.

There's something I find funny about cutting your hair for length. What's funnier is I believe the moon could well affect us more than we know so I think it could work. It's just a bit of an oxymoron.

I keep forgetting to use this, but since I suppose growth is inevitable I might use the dates for thickening next time I trim if they are close to coinciding!

One of these days, I will try this.

'Til then, it's bookmarked. Thanks for the link!

I see it as a “couldn’t hurt”. Some people believe in it and I’m open to the idea that they’re right and I’m wrong even though I can’t see how the moon phases could influence my hair growth
No matter what it’s a good reminder for a S&D session or a trim

I remember people saying there was something weird about the mm chart (like the dates didn't match up with the descriptions or something).

If you want another source, I found this:
http://www.zodiacarts.com/Calendar.shtml (change it based on your time zone)

If you use it with a guide like this: http://www.hairboutique.com/tips/tip001.htm then you can check/change your days as you like.

I haven't tried this yet because I'm trying to reduce my trims to quarterly, but I will in December. I also figure it can't hurt :)

Yeah, the MorroccoMethod dates are off, at least by what I understand to be Winter Solstice and so on.

I like this site too: http://www.woodlands-junior.kent.sch.uk/time/moon/
