Emu oil ?

Talk to me about Emu oil. Did it help your hair to grow faster, thicker, longer? :confused:

I've heard so many rumors about Emu oil, but have never tried it. If you're going for added thickness, should you massage it into your scalp?

I've been using emu oil for about 8 months now. I massage it into my scalp the night before washing my hair in the morning. I was hoping it would help my hair grow faster, as I'd read that it can do that. But I have to say, after 8 months, my hair still grows at the average 1/2" per month so I do not think it accomplished my goal.

That said, it didn't hurt anything. :p It's kinda pricey though.

I've been using emu oil with Aubrey Organics Rosa Mosqueta conditioner as a leave-in. A mix seems to work better than just plain oil or plain conditioner.

Can't say that it does anything for faster hair growth. Wouldn't nutrition and vitamins have more of an impact on hair growth?
