christmas hopes for hair

hEY guys, the year has gone so fast already, can't believe its already nearly christmas!!! I only realised how close it is after seeing a cell-by date on the smoothie which said it will go off in december...which really made me aware that it is soon!!! Where do you hope/expect your hair to be by christmas? I am hoping for a good definate waist length measurement by christmas, as it has taken me soo long to get even close to waist length. I haven't been looking at my hair in the mirror in a long time (from the back) so I hope it will suddenly spring up on me and I manage to reach waist when I finally properly look at the back of my head in a mirror (which I am saving till christmas to do). I did pull one strand down and feel it was getting close, but I think I am a good 2 inches off still. Hopefully I will get a big growth spurt from now until 25th december. Do you guys expect/hope that your hair will reach any milestones by dec 25th? Any plans to trim around that time? Any particular hairtoys your hoping to get in your stocking?

My hair goal is classic with a blunt hemline but being tomorrow is November 1st I have to be a bit more realistic in this :p

Therefore, my Christmas goal is to gain 2 inches of growth (this would give me a length of 40 inches). I will probably lose the two inches shortly after Christmas when I get my "New Year's Cut" which my ends will be overdue for.

My hopes is that Ol' St. Hubbysnuffs (husband :p) will gift me with Camellia Oil, a scritching comb, Aubrey Organics products, and a custom hair stick from Nightblooming. :cheese:

Since my hair is growing 1 inch, 1 inch 1/2 per month! I think it's growing about between 1/2 - 1 inch-it's about closer to 1 inch since it's the cold season coming! I may be about 2 inch away from classic on Christmas, maybe! For me I don't measure my length! I haven't looked at my hair length since Sept. 19th 2009! :shrug:So I don't know how long it will be! I decided to look at my growth length on Dec 1st!

I'm in a welding class. Most of the other students are male, shorthaired, and idiotic. I've already had some very scary moments.

Oxyacetylene torches and long hair don't get along well-- thankfully though, I can hide my hair fairly well... it a braid, it's almost completely covered by my leather jacket. Getting washes of hot air across an ear is still scary though.

Alright.... forget my other comment that I post on this page! Actually, my hair isn't growing less than 1 inch! It's still growing 1 inch per month! It's just I kept thinking it slowed down and never payed attention to my hair all the time and thought it stayed the same since I haven't measured it since Sept 19! I just measured it by my body then to the measuring tape of how much growth it grew! Still a solid 1 inch!

I hope to be solidly TB by Christmas. Right now, I can stretch out the longest fairy tale end to that length; with a little luck, maybe the rest will be there. If I counted right, I have 8 weeks to go, so what--1 to 1/12 inches maybe. That should do it. Then after Jan. 1, I will do a serious trim for the first time in a year, trying to get a thicker hemline.
