First off, hi everyone! I haven't been on in a very, very long time, but I'm still keeping my hair long. (Not treating it as nice as I should, though... I blame grad school...)

Anyway, I started part-time modeling earlier this year (I'm too short for print, but I don't really care), and one of my first shots really showcased my hair in an adorable way.

I think I'm going to start hanging out here again and picking up new updos... I've been basically all knot buns, orchid wraps, and gibson tucks for about the past year.

Cheesecake it's delicious, it's true. Possibly because of the cheese in it??

Funny story about those shoes. I work at Dark Garden, which is a highly respected corset-maker in San Francisco. One day I was walking to work and I passed the owner on the street, going the opposite direction. She was staring so intently at my shoes that she didn't even recognize me until I said something. We joked about it later. :)

It was the word "cheesecake" that brought me onto the thread.... but your hair looks fantastic so it was worth it despite my disapointment at the lack of cheesecake.

Haha, it's not normally like that. I'm wearing a little waist cincher I made. It was for a client but she bailed on me! Annoying.

Anyway, I'm thinking of taking up waist training... At least while I sleep, not every day.

Pretty shot indeed! Was the print ad for cheesecake? Or shoes? This shot would be great as shampoo ad!
Anyway, have fun modeling and taking care of that long pretty hair!
