Hi, I have been looking at silicon to buy but I came acros two different kinds and was wondering if one was better than the other.
1. Biosil- Silicon (as choline stabilized acid)(ch-OSA) 10mg
2. Swanson- gelatin 1.08mg and Silicon (as Silicon Aminoate) 20mg
What is the difference in these silicons?
