I'm thinking of buying this conditioner (http://www.newdirectionsaromatics.ca/conditioner-cosmetic-base-p-580.html) base and adding essential oils and fragrance to it.
Can someone give me their opinion on it's ingredients? I like that it is cone free.
Also, I need some tips on what essential oils or other things to add to it. I'm thinking of adding some vanilla fragrance.

I have tried the condition base from wholesalesuppliesplus.com and it is really good - I don't know about the one you mentioned though.

Sounds like a good basic conditioner: fatty alcohols, that PEG-modified castor oil that my hair seems to love, some preservatives... all as it should be.
About the add-ins, depends on what your hair likes and how you plan on using it. As a CO-wash? After shampoo? As a leave-in? All of the above?

I can't wait to get them so I can try them out. I'm not sure how many mL a kg is though. I hope I got a good deal. I paid about $60 CAD including taxes and shipping.

4 kg of water would be equivalent to 4L, and as conditioner has lots of water in it it's probably similar.
