until I don't see anymore condish "bubbles" and my hair doesn't feel slimey.

Until it feels thoroughly rinsed out on the scalp but I don't mind if the ends are still a bit slimy as friskybiznus puts it :p

I rinse until I feel like I'm 'done' and then go for another 30 seconds. I don't like to have anything left at my scalp. When I get out if my ends need some they get a drop of coconut oil. :)

As long as possible.
Then a little longer.
Finally, I finish with a cold rinse.

I wash the conditioner out with warm water and rinse for around 30 seconds, then rinse with colder water for another 30 seconds or so. I should mention though, I don't do a typical CO... I use some conditioner on my scalp and nothing on the length.

Until I run out of patience, and/or there are no suds.

Just a minute or two with the first conditioner and I don't rinse the second one all the way out.

As long as I feel it's needed to get everything out of my hair, plus another few moments to rinse my hair with cold water.

Though with some conditioners your hair can feel clean, but it is actually still coated and gross... especially if you use Pantene.
