I almost forgot about my two year anniversary, I've been so busy with my new business that I started! But, luckily, I remembered today!!
So, here's where I started two summers ago:

I tried some honey lightening and had some nice results:

I also tried various herbal colorings, including teas, henndigo and hennkatam. I used Rainbow Dark Brown for quite a while to cover my silvers.
With henna + katam:

With Rainbow Dark Brown (henna + indigo):

Then I had my hair cut quite short, with layers, last summer. Also I experimented with various herbal shampoos: soapwort and soapnuts. Here's a pic with soapnuts:

In December I decided to treasure my silver hairs and stop dyeing them. Also I pledged no cuts in 2009. Also I started using (gasp!) commercial shampoo, Alverde from Germany (thank you Leneveu!!). Here's some pics from quite recently now!

And here's one I took to show off my silvers for my sweetie on Valentine's Day:

I'm planning on perhaps not cutting in 2010 either! And I'm definitely not dyeing ever again, I love my beautiful silvers!
I just wanted to thank all the wonderful friends that I've made here, especially the Renegrays - you are an amazing and exceptional group of people!! So generous and supportive, it's incredibly heartwarming!!
And thank you so much to the LHC forum administrators and creators, you have really created something very special here. Thank you!!!!!
