I just bought this oil and it seems to be all natural ingredients:
Ingredients: Cocos Nucifera, Eclipta Alba, Emblic Myrobalan, Herpestis Monniera, Hibiscus Rosa-Sinensis, Azadiachta Indica, Hendychium Spicatum, Lawsonia Alba, Prunus Amygdalus, Aloe Barbadensis.

I have already got too many oils but could not resist this one due to the wonderful ingredients list..

has anyone tried this????

I have this oil and i love it! It does have great ingredients. I've not used it exclusively for a period of time to say how it effects growth or shedding but it makes a lovely leave in oil, and definately seemed to have no negative effects. Once my bhringraj oil runs out and i cant find more of it i'll probably use the heenara one primarily.
Oh, it also makes a gorgeous massage oil ;)

I finally received my Heenara Hair Oil (which I ordered online) but I think it is mold-infested. It looks very strange and I will definitely not use it. Pictures attached.
Comments are appreciated.

Finchen, that is just the coconut oil starting to solidify. Mine does that too, f you heat it a little those white bits will dissolve. In the cold that whole bottle will turn solid, no cause for concern :)

I agree with ChloeDharma..that most certainly looks like coconut solidifying.

Float the bottle in some warm water..if those particles go away, it's the coconut.

ChloeDharma and little_cherry, thank you soooooooo much. :cheer:

I was very angry and sad to see the oil which looked mold-infested to me. But yes, of course it can be the coconut oil. I will heat the bottle a little to see what happens.

Thanks again!

I heated the bottle and the particles dissolved, so it was only the coconut.
Thanks again. :)

ChloeDharma, are you still using the Heenare Hair Oil?
How do you store it?
Thanks for your reply. :)

You are welcome Finchen, i must confess i had a little giggle when i saw your post because at first i had a similar reaction when it happened to me.

I just keep the bottle in the box it comes in, so far that's worked well and i've had no problems with it. I still use this oil sometimes though more on the length as a light leave in oiling than the scalp. It can also be nice as a body oil after a bath or shower.

The only thing that concerns me is the smell. Don't get me wrong, i love it but i do wonder if there is some synthetic fragrance in it. Nothing like that is listed in the ingredients but the smell seems a bit too nice, does this make sense? What do you think from smelling it?
I'm not saying that would be a reason not to use it but if i use a product, natural or not, i like to know what is in it.

See i do agree with you there as whenever i go out i'm tempted to buy more, plus i'm always thinking of new mixes and combinations to make up. The thing is, you can (or in my case already have) get to a point where you forget what oils you have and then when choosing one end up doing the "eeny meany miney mo..." thing. I can actually sit there unable to choose one to use :o

Can you guys tell me where you order this oil from, especially in the states? I'm thinking of either getting some of this or HennaSooq's cocoveda oil. Thanks!

I assume amazon or ebay would have it. I buy mine from Indian grocers as most of them here stock it.

Honestly, I do not really like the smell. :o
Unfortunately I have no idea if there is any synthetic fragrance in it or not.

I haven't seen this oil or the bhringraj oil sold in the US, even online and eBay. it's hard to find a nice herbal blend oil without the mineral oil, yous are lucky!
