I'm going out tonight, and atm my hair looks perfect except for some greasies in the top two inches...but if I wash all of it it will be frizzy tonight! Is there a way to wash the top of my head but not my length? :P :D

I'd probably use some diluted shampoo and rinse it face forward with my handheld shower/tub spray. If you don't have one, a pitcher would probably work too.

you may laugh at me but i use talcum baby powder and comb it though the greasy part. you need very little but it helps if you don't want to go through the effort of washing and wait for hair to dry. i don't do it often but it's good for a panic solution.
