DIM and hair loss

I don't know where to start with this but...
I take a lot of supps for hormone balance. I've been cycling through different ones to see what combination will work best. Anyway...my hair started shedding like mad for a couple weeks. Even my husband was asking what's up with all the hair around the house. I've been taking the same supps for the last couple months but decided to drop one because I didn't think it was doing anything....WRONG. The one I dropped was DIM. It helps to metabolize estrogens...men take it too. I can't believe what an effect it had on my hair.

I would be quite interested in hearing the OPs total story, if sharing is acceptable. I think those suffering from such conditions might find it interesting -- or perhaps there's a blog?

The general topic of hair shedding too much, or hair thinning, is of keen interest to many. Balancing estrogen and so on could prove important to many people.
