It looks to me (could be wrong) like she's wearing a half up with either the hair underneath teased (a lot) or with something like a Bumpit underneath. My money's on the Bumpit.

maybe her hair was teased with some spray...i wanted to know what that style is called so i can check some how-to-do..my bday is coming up and i want to try some styles which would look good on me!:)
