I got a haircut

So my mum booked me a hair appointment without telling me. I think she was doing it to be nice because she knew I hadn't had my hair cut in ages and my sisters were nagging her to book them appointments, so I didn't have the heart to tell her I didn't want/need a haircut. I only got about half an inch to an inch off the ends, but I also got some long layers. Although this means I can't do infinity buns anymore, I can still do quite a lot of other styles, and I love the way my hair looks down.

I'm still growing to hip, but I do think I'll keep at least some of the layers, particularly if I can work out how to trim them myself.

I love layers, but my hair is too thin for them unless it's pretty short, like shoulder.

The colour's funny, actually. I've never seen it look like that IRL (in fact, generally the henna gloss I did several months ago appears to have almost wholly washed out); however when I take pictures in my bathroom, which has two skylights and two windows, on a sunny day with flash, this is what I get. The pictures in my siggy are more indicative of what my hair looks like in most lights. I wish my colour was the colour it is in those pics, though ;)

Haha, believe me, even with a straightener, it wouldn't look HALF as good as your hair. Or even a quarter.

Plus, when it's straightened, it blows all over the place. :p I can't control it. xDDD
