WOW! That is a ton of growth! I do not have curly hair, but I was under the impression it grew slower (or maybe not slower, just perception cause of the coils)... obviously I was mistaken :)
It looks great and I am so jealous of your ringlets!!!

Wow!! You hair is alot like mine. You hair is alot tighter than mine. I love how fast your hair has grown. Mine grows about an inch a month. Anyways beautiful hair!!! Congrats on your growth!!!

merikamt- her hair is so healthy!! That is why it looks so long. I know that my hair grew very slow before I worked on making it so healthy. Now that it is healthy it grows very fast too.

merikamt- her hair is so healthy!! That is why it looks so long. I know that my hair grew very slow before I worked on making it so healthy. Now that it is healthy it grows very fast too.

You have such lovely hair. I've always been jealous of people with healthy, long curls.

Yes Biotin, a super multicomplex b vit, calclium, a prenatal vit (I'm not preg, it just has less iron that a regular one), and Flexamin (for joint pain) that has MSM in it.

I do supplement more because 1) I'm a vegetarian and 2) I'm post menopausal.
