One month growth!!!!

I have never posted pics, I hope this works!! This is one month growth (since i joined at the end of July).... I feel like I grew a good amount and look at my texture! I think I have to maybe change my hair type?? I thought I was stick straight but I think I have waves- yipee!!!!! :happydance:

:flower: Thank you!!! To be honest, my hair WAS wet in the second picture... I was too impatient to wait for it to dry, so there may be shrinkage. I measured, it looks like about 3/4 inch, although it looks like more in the picture..... I also am not sure what my "norm" is since this is my first month on a true regiment (to LHC standards) and measuring.....

Well it was my first "official" month at LHC..... there were a few things I had started doing a little earlier (like putting it up when I sleep and cutting back on heat styling) but this month I went all out.... I stretched shampoos as log as I could (maybe 3 days) and then CO'd on the first "dirty day" , maybe next time had to shampoo.... I bought a bottle of coconut oil and went CRAZY with it.... probably oiled way too much. I took a lot of supplements (womens multi, Evening primrose oil, fish oil, magnesium, potassium and a hair/ nail/ skin herbal supplement) I take these 2x a day and I henna'd. I did wear it up almost always.

This coming month I plan on doing the same except I am adding a large dose of Biotin to my vitamin routine and switched to a cone free/ sulfate free shampoo (Whole Foods 365).
