Which Sulfate to Remove Silicones?

Hi! I am slowly understanding the effects of silicones on the hair. What sulfate(s) should be used to remove silicones from the hair? Is sodium laureth sulfate the only one that removes silicones or can I use a more genlte sulfate such as magnesium laureth sulfate? Thank you. :)
