Hi everyone. This is my goal length. I was wondering if you would consider it bra strap length or a little longer. It is not quite waist length. To make matters more complicated for me, I am very short waisted. I am thinking for me, it makes more since to say bottom of bra band. (very last photo at the bottom; the deep U cut).

Another question for you. I have my hair just below shoulder length. Tapered at the ends and with bangs. I find I am always dissatisfied with it's condition, due to new hairs growing in, broken hairs, and the like. So much so, that I catch myself getting it cut more often because I can't stand it "untidy." I finally decided it will never be perfect and am trying to resist the urge. Do you have any advice for smothing and making hair look more neat while growing out? Here is the latest photo of my hair taken about a month and a half ago:

My plan is to grow out the bangs as I lose weight. I feel right now I need something framing my face. I rarely wear them straight as in this photo. I usually part them to the side or slightly off center. I am now wishing I never cut bangs because they stay perpetually oily. Any tips?
Thanks alot!
Wendy
