I got 18 3/4 inches. I'm up a quarter inch. Dh says that he's not been measuring to the very ends of my hair. Just to the bulk of my hair. Does that make sense? So, we've been measuring wrong for months now. Hopefully, we'll get it right next month. Anyway, I'm happy with the 1/4 inch since I haven't been taking my vitamins everyday. Sorry this post has been so long.

Around 75 cm or 29,5 inches - might be 73 or 28,7 inches but I prefer to believe the 75 ;) It should be mathematically correct too, given my recent trims and what they cut. Not the longest it's been, but at its longest as somewhat even!

Aiming for waist, which on me seems to require around 15 cm more. Stupid long back! :D

I'm still trying to figure out if I'm measuring correctly...stretching my hair out, it comes to 30.5 inches, which is longer than when I measured when I found this group last month, but I did a 1/4 inch self-trim, too, so not bad!

I'm treating my hair a lot more gently these days!

I did a bit of trimming this spring, because my ends were getting thin and I'm closing in on my goal, but now I'm starting measuring curly instead of stretched, and I'm almost wishing I hadn't done the trims. I just feel like I'm so close, but I can't quite get there! And even when it does get there, the front bits are shorter than the back, and the front is what I see most of. I mean, it's all a lot better than when I was at 25", but there's a whole different way to be frustrated at every length, isn't there?

I'm at 28 inches, 30 inches stretched. I don't know how much it's grown this month since I just joined LHC. Last time I measured was last september, at 21 inches, and have had two inches cut in between.

I don't know if I measured my hair right when I first joined (which wasn't that long ago). My daughter measured it for me at 12 inches. It just dawned on me that this can't be right. If I have only 12 inches of hair why is it laying between my shoulder blades? I DO have a neck so what's up with that?
Hmmm maybe I should measure it before my measuring day to see if this is right.... I gotta take pics too so I can go back to them later to see that my hair really grows :)

Hmm... I'm not very good at measuring. My first try I got 18". Then I re-read the article about measuring hair and got 22". I'm not very good at estimating lengths of hair yet, so I don't know if either of those is actually close enough to accept.

I made it to 18.25" this month. I'm averaging about 1/2" a month, so with using Megatek + bringhraji/amla herbal oils, I stil get just an average growth rate. Still, maybe without doing that and taking the hair supplements I would get even less.

DD15 measured for me and said 20.25". Yay! I'm claiming APL at 22" so by Thanksgiving I expect to be there.

I have a minor milestone in that I can finally reach up my back and touch my hair if I tilt ever so much. I'm proud of that little achievement... :gabigrin:

I finally got around to measuring. I got 94,2 cm/37.09 inches for a steady 1,5 cm/0.6 inches since last month. Still no pregnancy-induced growth spurt. Guess I shouldn't hold my breath hoping for that to happen. :lol:

I really should trim half an inch, just because the ends are getting so uneven after nine months of no trimming. Eh. Maybe next month. Or not.

OMG I'm so HAPPY HAPPY!!!! I gave in and measured my hair even thou it is before my time :) I got 13 inches!!! This is so shabby compared to some of you ladies but I am so happy my hair is growing well :)
I am adding a picture of it wet (before the curls start to form ringlets) so you all can see it :) this is huge progress for me since my hair was pixie short in 2008.

I am officially setting a hair goal for myself ... 30 inches :) which means it will probably be another year and a half (if not more) before I get there. I am sure that with your help and support I will get there :)

I am super happy to report in at 39-3/4". . .that's a lot since the last tiime I measured in at 38" just three weeks ago.

Since I've been measuring the last few months, I am finding that my hair is growing steadily at 1" a month. . .it's all those vitamins at work.

I've ordered my celebratory 60th Street fork to mark my 40" mini goal. My fork should be here in a week or two. . .right when I am expecting to hit the big 40 .

My next goal is 45". . .where I shall hold steady for a while to thicken up the ends.

Actually I've been using everthing possible!
Monistat or the UK version of it,
scalp massage,
oiling with Ojon and coconut,
vitamins for skin, hair and nails from GNC,
eating egg white omelettes for breakfast everyday,
a high protein, low fat, no sugar diet in general,
And a new gym routine 4 times a week.
Phew...!

It's breaking alot still but for me thats more than double my average growth so somethings working?! :)

Also it seems to grow quite fast to about BSL then my growth slows noticeably, maybe because my hair is very thick and heavy? But until then I'll try and keep this up!

87cm = 34 1/4 inch. That's only one centimeter in over a month. My hair usually grows faster in the summer, but not this year :shrug: Too much work and stress, I'm afraid.

I'm up to 34 3/4 inches this month. It's been very exciting, it's finally touching the top of my underwear! I'm an inch away from my original goal.
My front framing layers that I'm growing out are at 17 1/2 inches. When I have my hair in an english braid they stay in all day now. The front bits used to slide out of my braid. So happy.

Overall, a little over half an inch growth in a month.

I realy envy your long thick hair.. , mine is layered and not thick and not even at all.. =/ I dont know if I have to cut to even it up, but if I do, my hair will get shorter *sigh*
