I know there used to be an article or thread about 'cones here, where it explains which 'cones are water soluble and which are not. :( I've been searching for an hour, and I can't find it! Can someone point me to it?

ETA: I'm almost completely certain that Flaxen wrote it, now that I think of it. Maybe I should have just PMed her. Ahh, well.

No problemo! I have used that list myself many a time to double check out new goodies before buying.
