Thanks you all for the encouragement! These last few months my hair has been slipping into a bit of a slump. After the phenominal average of an inch a month for the first three months anything less seems like a slump. I was feeling a bit blaah-ish about it.

Thanks free_hug about the comment on the waves. I'm learning to embrace them (no pun intended on your name, honest!) I had just taken my hair down from a bun (it goes up in one now!)

It looks great! I can't quite tell exactly how much growth there was because the camera angles are so different between shots, but I can definitely tell it's well on its way. Good growing!

It's about 4 1/2 inches. The photos are a bit deceptive since my arms are up in the air in the second one and not the first. After the first 3 months I was hoping for 6 though!

Sorry about the camera angles, I'm still figuring out how to take hair shots. It does look a bit longer than it actually is, but then again the waves make it look a bit shorter than it actually is -- if you just look at where it ends on my back. :hmm:

Even with the different angles i think your hair has grown a lot, and it looks healthy too!
I always take my hair pictures with the self-timer ;-)

Oh goodness, I would have to figure out that one! ...I wonder if my camera has that option... I've thought about asking my roommate to take pictures of my hair, but she already thinks I'm hair obsessed!

:) I always take them when nobody sees me, and my hair has its own directory on my computer.
It was a bit awkward when the hard disk died and i had to ask my neighbour to save all data.
He saved everything to his computer and burned me a disk.
Including the 'hair'-directory.
I guess i am obsessed :rolleyes:

hmmm... so far I just have a folder for my hair pictures...something to work up to: a directory. :)

I take my pictures when no one else is around too, and I close the door to the bathroom, just in case someone decides to show up.
