I thought I just share some beautiful music and hair in action. I like how Moses hair in most of the Brule videos seam to be dancing.:)

I wish my son would like to grow his hair as long as Moses. But his hair is only waist length and he might be wanting to cut it. But I promised him he could do what ever he wanted with his hair. I wish he would want to understand his Native culture and keep his hair long.

Hope everyone enjoys the music. My favorite is Stomp Dance.:cheese:

Okay does anyone like Brule music? I guess I am the only one that likes Moses hair in the wind.:D

I have never heard of him but I will give him a listen and see if I like it. I am pretty much a non-mainstream kind of music listener. Not that I don't like some mainstream things, but I am mostly a Celtic music, Native American music, whale song recordings, Enya, Loreena McKennitt, Moya Brennan, and Gary Stadler kind of girl.

I LOVE how his hair was moving in the back. It had such life. :)

Until now.

He's so handsome... O.o and such lovely hair! I don't have speakers, so I can't listen to his music at the moment, but I can probably imagine...

Oh MY! I LOVE his music. I'm looking into ordering some now. I have a daughter with autism who loves different cultural rhythms (perhaps she gets her love from me) and this will be her new love. Thanks so much for posting this.

Hi Flynn sorry you don't have speakers. But here is another link that he is talking about Strong Hearts Warriors society. I believe this is how he wears his hair everyday.

OMG, I hope it's ok to say that he is really hot. His hair is glorious. And he is a very, very fine looking man.

I like the stomp dance very much.

Hi Neoma, Moses is a fine looking man.:) But I think his spirit is what makes him beautiful. He is growing into a fine leader to his people.:D
But did you notice how he wrapped his braids. What I am looking at is how he keeps his ends so nice. I have been thinking about wrapping my braids like that but not sure how to really do the braid wrapping.

Catladyintown, thank you for sharing about Moses as a person. :flower:

I did notice how he wraps his braids. They looked absolutely perfect. If you took a long, thin length of leather or fabric, folded it in the middle, wrapped the top of your braid several times, then crisscrossed it down the length, tying it off at the end... That sounds right to me. Let us know if you figure it out. Pics would be nice.

Hi Neoma I am have been trying to wrap the braids with satin ribbons. They look okay:o but I think on paid day I need to buy longer ribbons. So hopefully next week I will have a picture up. Theskeletonkey that is so excited your related to Quanah Parker.:) What side of his family are you from, Noconie or Parker side.
Rancherothebee and Adiapalic I totally agree with both of you.:D

Thanks for reminding me about Brule', Catladyintown! Haven't listened to them in a while, but I like them a lot. I discovered them after hearing a rock band called NDN (the lead from the old band Blackfoot) who played at one of the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Festivals in 2005.

The Parker side.
I have a little bit of native on each side of my family,
but not as much as I would like!

Theskeletonkey it is nice to trace your family roots back so far.
