I just noticed my 6th LHC anniversary was last week, 21st July! I have taken a couple of breaks in between but I'm happy to be around again :)
I don't have length pics for the occasion but it's been AGES since I posted any pictures on the Mane board so I'll put up some recent ones from my blog.

The before picture was taken when I just started to get into long hair care, in July, 2003. The after pic was taken July 2004, so they're exactly one year apart. I don't know what length it was in the oldest pic, but it seems like past BS. My waist seems much higher in the picture than it really is. You see old reddish color damage, too.
The after pic is at 36" and practically at tailbone.

2005, and indigo. Must have been around 40" here.
After this, ends started thinning and kept going back and forth between tailbone and just past classic. Reached fingertip once, but the ends were pathetic.
I'm at classic now, but the ends still have a lot of taper. I've been maintaining this length for a couple of months and will keep that up for at least another year. Getting married in June next year, and I want to wear my hear down or in a half up or something, so it has to look decent! I will evaluate a couple of weeks before the wedding!

After all these years I feel like I'm still getting to know my hair. I know what products it likes and stuff, but the texture has changed a lot (due to the indigo, maybe?) and well... let's just say I'm STILL trying to figure it out :lol:
My ultimate goal would be mid-thigh with thick ends - still a work in progress!
