Does anyone take Fenugreek capsules? If so what are the benefits?

I've never taken them, but I know Fenugreek tea is a laxative.

I'm not sure you'd call that a benefit, though. :D :D

I remember taking them while I was nursing and smelling like maple syrup but that's about all I remember.

I have heard that fenugreek is supposed to help with milk production, and I used to drink a mother's milk tea back when I was breast feeding and it had fenugreek. It did taste nice.

Are they supposed to help hair growth or something? Is that what you have heard original poster?

Fenugreek has many benefits, but most of the benefits to your hair seem to come from topical use.
