Ok, I have absoulutely no idea how to figure out my monthly hair growth. Any advice would be great!

Hi. Check out this thread (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=9) and also take note some people don't measure by numbers. I go by body parts. I find it easier and can't be bothered fiddling with a tape measure and feeling up & down over a number.

Edit: Members usually measure on the same day each month, or how ever often they decide to do it. So 1st of July, 1st of August. Then you can see the difference in how much your hair has grown. Some members measure more than once and then get an average number for more accuracy.

Hmmm....i never thought of doing it that way....I just usually measure on a randome day every month...usually after i've put in my relaxer....but that gives me a good idea!!:);)
