I told her I wanted a 1/4" trim,no more than 1/2". Naturally,she cut 1". Hopefully,from now on I will remember to make them show me what they are cutting before they cut. I wish I could self trim. The good thing was she couldn't get over how healthy my hair is. She was going on and on about how usually hair my length needs half of it cut.

That's nice that she appreciated your length and hair-health. Now if we could just get her to remember how to read a ruler... ;)

Hairdressers can't read rulers chronically I have the feeling ;)

We should invent a hat of some sort, that is adjustable to different hair lengths, and put the hat on and let it *down* to where we want our hair cut. Like a see through plastic bonnet but made of material that can't be cut! :D

Ok, how dorky was that? lol

At least it was only an inch and not more :flower: It is still a happy day! ;)
