Am I APL?

I know I said I was going to stay away from the flat iron, but I couldn't resist!! I just henna'd my hair and had to see the redness in full glory! As I looked I nearly thought I was APL :O!!!

I might actually henna again, because I don't think this red is strong enough, although when you get it in the outdoor light it's quite auburn.

It looks really, really close. Can you post a picture with your arms down? Arms up make the 'pits appear higher than they are.;)

Maybe try tying a string or belt or something right in your armpits? With the arms up and the loose shirt, I can't tell, but if you're not there you're really close!

Looks like APL stretched to me, but it would take time until you'll feel APL. Curls. ;)

you close but not quite there. Do you do your measurement with your hair natural curly or do you do it straight ironed?

i say natural curl you have a few months and i flat ironed maybe 3 months
god luck i know how exciting it is to reach apl it takes forever!
