Hi all,

I'd love any suggestions you have :). I'm thinking I would like something half up/half down or with at least some down in a side ponytail, or something similar. It is a VERY formal event!

Any ideas? Would love photos if you have them too :)

Thanks so much!!

If you'd like to wear it al up, I have this style saved to my favorites...

It's beautiful!

For a half up, this one is also really gorgeous. It's different than just a 'pony' you know? With the right fancy clip it could really be great!

I'm in the same boat with you! I'm graduating and in two weeks is the Graduation ball. It took me weeks to find a nice style. Now I'm going for a modified Chinese bun with pearls all over.

What kind of dress are you wearing? As long as it isn't shoulder free I'd go for the half-up. The Bridal bun is really beautiful and would look very pretty, you could also let some strand fall out andcurls them to make the look even softer and more feminine.

My dress is a halter neck and v neck, long (nearly floor length) and white. I'm going to get my hair done professionally, which I'm so excited about! So it doesn't have to be a style that is hair friendly - I'll cut loose for one night! Thanks :)

I'd go for half up with glossy, well-defined waves. I've seen celebs wearing this, e.g. Eva Mendes, this is the closest I can find online:

Hope you have a fantastic time! :)

I have a naval ball next month and this style looks great - not sure how it would be fixed at the back though
