Well, I do like Ethan Hawke's 'tousled look' hair in the first pic, although it might come with a little maintenance (mousse or something). Your hair is nice, too, but I'm guessing you are looking for more of a style.

Yea right now it seems too well i dont know the word. Just doesnt fall properly if thats correct way of putting it or seems to full? Also too long in the front i think.

It looks to me like it is mostly one length and he is just tucking it behind his ears - maybe with a few shorter strands in the front for bangs.

The biggest thing I see in these pics is that the men are wearing their hair with confidence. Your hair actually looks pretty good, sure, if you want a different style, go for it but really, like everyone else said, your own current cut is nice, too.

The footballer has all one length hair and is wearing a skinny headband to hold it back, far as I can tell.

Your hair looks great as it is, but I wouldn't call it long by any stretch of the imagination. Are you planning to grow it longer? We have male members with awesome long hair!
