Your most drastic cut ever?

Hello everybody... Seeing that I just cut of all of my nasty, damaged (shoulder-length :() hair, joined this site, and have now started the long journey to beautiful long hair, I would like to know: has anybody else ever done something drastic to their hair, or is it just me :p? Have you gone from classic to a bob, knee to a pixie, floor to bald (hope not, hehe). Please share your most drastic hair cuts, or hair disaters!

Shoulders to shaved. I don't know if that really counts, though, since I LOVED it bunches. :D
