I was eating a packet of 'Snack A Jacks' rice cakes this morning, and I noticed that on the side they had a panel where, er, people who eat rice cakes share their 'must haves' in life. Pretty pointless in my opinion, but today's was a real doozy.

'My must-have: hair straighteners. Because the frazzled, scarecrow look is sooooooooo last year!'

Really? Because I seem to remember hair straighteners being pretty popular last year, and the year before that...

I think it's a bit sad when people think non-straightened hair can't be beautiful. They should see the beautiful updos our curly LHCers create!

Kind of sad for that to be your must have. There's better things to need in life. Chocolate? Cheese?

That's.. Well. That's kind of sad that that's her must-have. Maybe she ought to replace it with some good oils? Then she won't have the frazzled, scarecrow look anyway.

Never thought I'd see the day when rice cakes were getting on our cases for treating our hair correctly! :D
