Don't know but they taste great. I guess so because B vitamins help the body to more efficiently digest and use carbs. I'm just giving my body more carbs to work with. :cheese:

I'm only do that if I added too much oil to my hair and needed something to soak it up. :p

Yikes, I thought this was about putting rice cakes in your hair(Chunks of rice all over the place LOL). But hey, there are lots of dietary things that will help hair growth, and rice is pretty good in general. I love rice cakes! Low calorie to!

Ricecakes, I imagine, are pretty indifferent to your hair unless you're eating a metric #$%@#$-ton of them.

They are good, though, especially with pear jam. No harm in having some.
