Hello, all!

I followed Kirin's instructions and clarified put nothing on my hair and let it air dry.

So, can you help me with hair typing? I took pictures in the mirror in the bathroom, so it's halogen light. I do hope they are good enough... :eek:

Also, I am not sure whether I need some moisture now. Usually my hair hates honey, aloe, jogurt and other moisturizing agents so I just don't use them.
It loves eggs and oils.
Still, now it feels dry but is it just the shampoo (I don't use shampoo normaly, I clean with eggs) or should I try and find some moisture it likes?

It looks to me like 2a/2b, M, iii (it looks thick and fluffy:))

I couldn't say about the moisture balance; since you don't usually use shampoo, as you said maybe this time your hair is quite cleansed and feels a bit dryed out.

You could try other moisturizing agents, natural or synthetic, like glycerin, shea/cocoa butter... I can't think of others, but head on to the Recipes&Henna section and look around there.

Some hair feels dry because of protein. Try washing it without the egg sometime and see if it feels more moisturized. Do you use conditioner? My hair looks scary without it. I CWC with diluted shampoo and leave in the final application of conditioner to the bottom foot of my hair.

Your hair definitely falls in the 2 range, but it's too short for me to tell of those are S-waves or spirals forming. I got lots of spirals when my hair reached about APL and had no idea that I had curls when my hair was shorter.

I'd say 2b for right now. When it gets longer it might change.

It could get looser or it could get a more dense curl pattern as it grows, though.
