I realized today that I can stretch my hair to APL! Then my straightening iron started calling me from it's neglected spot under the bed, and, some frying later.... I have APL hair! :cheese:
Peekture for you. The top of the stripes on my sweater is right at APL.

Now, to wait until it gets there in its normal wurly state...

It's a white lie of cheating, after all it's still your hair and it still hits apl. If you had straight hair you wouldn't be cheating it would just be your length.

Gorgeous none the less. :thumbsup:

Not really a cheat if you're curly! I always look how long my hair goes when stretched. I just don't really claim the length until it's naturally curly. As soon as I hit certain length it's just a count back until the curls reach it ;)
Congrats on the (first) APL lol, (the second one will be when you'll be curly there :)).
Us curlies have double the trouble :p

Thanks, y'all! Glad to know I'm in good company with other curly cheaters. Poor straighties, they only get to reach milestones once!

Congrats! I claim length when straight or wet, too - it is just too frustrating to look how long it is when it is wet, and then have to wait several more months for it to get there dry. ;)

Count me in as a cheater too then because I have slightly wavy hair that I pull straight when I'm measuring my length!:)

I don't consider it cheating as I straighten my hair to count my milestones.
