I've noticed something. If the weather changes rather abruptly, my hair gets crunchy and unmanageable no matter how moisturized it is. If the weather is constantly the same, no matter how humid it is, my hair is more settled.

How do you cope with these changes, other than simply putting your hair up? It seems no amount of oil or 'cones is enough to counteract the effect of sudden thunderstorms or humidity waves.

Umm... As irritating as that must be, that is so cool! It's kind of like how I get head aches at the onset of thunderstorms. I'm sorry it happens, and there probably is no way to counter it except putting it up, but it sounds really interesting. I wonder why. Is your hair damaged in any way along the length such that it would be able to respond faster to moisture changes in the air? Maybe the issue is what you put in it before the sudden change. I don't know. I still think it is neat.
