Flaxseed Oil

I'm having difficulty finding information about flaxseed oil as a supplement. Currently, I have a bottle of loose oil, but I know where to get capsules as well.

Can anyone point me to some articles about this? Thank you!

Oh, thank you. :) I was having a hard time finding a comprehensive article that also outlined the dosage recommendation.
