From TBB What Are Your Vitamins?

I just had my first visit to TBB last week and saw a thread where people discussed all their vitamins skin or hair related and thought we could use one here! I did a search and nothing came up in the titles so if this is a repeat feel free to merge or delete. I just ordered some stuff so i'll leave my answer untilli give them a try. So what are you all taking?

Forgive my ignorance (I'm only new, after all) but what is "TBB"?

I'm interested to see what people have to say, too! All the "hair and nails" vitamin/herbal concoctions I've encountered have as their active ingredient silica.... as a student of chemistry, I can't for the life of me figure out how that could help. Does it help?

Just helping you out with the search for the numerous vitamin threads (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/search.php?searchid=1005923), the search function can be confusing.
Type in vitamin* and click below on only search titles, click show results in threads and choose the category ´Conventional Products & Hair Accessories´, click search. There are loads of threads about it, hope you find something interesting in them.

Hey, didn't mean it that way. I'm non native speaker myself, but even I was aware of TBB as I came across those references of how TLHC was hosted there when it crushed, even though it happened long before I joined. :flower:
